The call
Thirty minutes. You tell us what the person would actually do, which hours it covers and what "good" looks like to you. We tell you who's available and what it costs.

We source and vet
We source candidates and pre-screen them, interview them ourselves, test the skills the role needs, check their English and run a background check. You never see the ones who don't pass.

You meet the finalists
You interview the shortlist and choose. If none of them feels right, we go back out and the next round is on us.

They start
They're on a MooStaff contract, dedicated to you, and we handle onboarding. Most people we place are leaving another job, so we manage the notice period with them.
Not working out? We find you someone else, at our cost.
